They have high reviews for a reason! This was my first experience with Nonas! After coming off of a 12 hour shift my car decides to have a little heart attack. Mind you I don’t know anything about Turlock when it comes to mechanic shops, I’m not from this county. They were the first ones I saw on my Google search. I immediately called them and told them I’m going to be towed to them. One of the brothers was so polite asking me what happened and I just felt so safe and heard. I arrive to the shop in my uniform, exhausted and proceed to tell them I just got out of work and have to go back that night. Mr. Nona got me in and out of his shop that same day, 3 hours to be exact (we were waiting for parts to deliver which took up most of the time). He Answered all of my questions too with visuals! As a woman it is very hard to find mechanics that take the time to make us feel safe and explain to us what is really going on. They fully have my trust and my loyalty as a customer. I’d also like to mention that age is clearly just a number because their work ethic and knowledge is better than any other mechanics, with 10+years, that I’ve been too. They’re incredible!!
