Rob said they got the vehicle back and found that the air conditioning didn't work. His wife took the vehicle back but they didn't have time to fix it. The vehicle was leaking Freon but he knows they will fix it and believes mistakes happen. Maybe it was something a little loose because they put so many parts together that there can always be a problem somewhere. He is sure they will take care of what needs to be taken care of. The staff is friendly.
